You must pay the full fee ( $30 Hourly and a $200 Damage Deposit) in order to reserve the date for your event.
Includes Full Kitchen (extra charge for a flat fee $50), indoor bathrooms and a small (courtyard) outdoor space available.
Table and chairs are provided (90 Chairs and 20 Tables)
